Bloom City’s pH Down formulation contains a strong and stable acid complex. pH Down decreases feed water pH to keep root systems and soil balanced. Formulated for use in hydroponic gardens as well as soil gardens. Add pH Down to every watering and aim for a pH of 5.8 to 6.2 for healthy and robust plant growth.

When adjusting pH, start with 1mL (0.25 tsp) per gallon of water. Wait about 2 minutes, and test your water again. In most cases you only need 1-2mL (0.25-0.5 tsp) per gallon. If you have hard water, you may use slightly more. You may want to pick up some pH strips so that you can continually test.
